I can teach - the program served approximately 90 students across three different placement sites (schools) in three under-resourced communities in fy 2024. In fy 2024, we will all rise began implementing a proprietary training framework for this initiative. Ground in literacy and learning through play, fellows supported students across our partner sites with this new approach. Additionally, more robust observation and coaching provided fellows with high-quality professional development, enabling them to become more effective educators.

Expenses: $262K

The belief fellowship successfully recruited and onboarded 18 fellows, providing them with orientation and disbursing the first-semester scholarship funding. Two seasoned professionals with years of educational experience joined our team to provide invaluable mentorship to the fellows, further enhancing their professional growth and development. We wrapped up the program year with a 100% graduation rate.
