Produce printed & electronic publications to provide industry information, tips and tricks to improve sales and/or business practices and general information about association events, meetings, office closings, etc.

To assist members and their real estate sales activities by providing multiple listing service assistance and other real estate sales tools such as electronic lockbox support and key distribution services.

As required by the code of ethics developed by the national assoication of realtors, the organization has a grievance committee to review complaints from members and the general public to investigate possible code violations. The organization also has a professional standards committee which handle ethics complaints and arbitration requests once they have moved forward from the grievance committee. The organization hosts membership meetings and special events which include speakers and networking opportunities for all members. They also provide members with tools to assist them as realtors. These items are provided to members at a discount.
