Wings Special Needs Adult Community

Wings event center allows us to employ wings members at minimum wage to work alongside the event center director. It provides a safe place for the member to learn and work in a vocational setting by cleaning, setting up for events and making our venue walk-in ready for our guests.

We expand our impact through wings' social club, which was created to provide an outlet for socialization in a safe and supportive environment. The social club offers monthly opportunities for dinner and dancing. These events foster the development of friendships and connect people in a way that is real and lasting. Social club participants enjoy a variety of events both at the wings campus as well as in the community. Guardians drop members off, and they feel like they are out on the town for a great night. People who may have barriers to participate in our day program have an opportunity to find community and fun in our social club.
