The Foundation preserves and promotes the history of the wireless industry. The Foundation will research and publish objective information on the people, products, and events crucial to the development of wireless services for use by individuals, businesses, schools and government entities. The organization seeks to increase public understanding of the wireless industry and its social and economic impacts by creating a comprehensive wireless history web site, celebrating landmark events, and supporting recognition programs for extraordinary contributions to the development of wireless communications.
