Ylc fleurish is a vibrant project driven to elevate personal and communal well-being. It taps into what makes new orleanians thrive - physically, mentally, spiritually, and beyond.

Power ties is a career awareness program that links professionals from various occupations with middle school students at the new orleans, louisiana, public schools: new harmony high school and samuel green through a series of career-oriented workshops. The ylc operates this program in cooperation with firstline schools. In 2024, there were 6 students in the program.

Leadership development series (lds) is a 10-week program engaging young professionals in a multi-faceted leadership curriculum. Each class provides a chance for young professionals to network with peers and local experts throughout the city, providing resources for further development of leadership, and communication skills.
