Specific services offered by jfcs include: information and referral, care management/coordination, home care, personal emergency response support, family consultations, counseling and support groups, and holocaust survivor services.

$2.7MUpstreet - barrier-free mental health initiative for youth/young adults. Provided virtually which include brief supportive conversations with therapist in real time via an online chat function, individual therapy, text based peer mentoring, and support/group activites. In its first year, upstreet reached more than 500 teens, primarily in allegheny county.
