Workforce programs: nawb provides its expertise on national workforce development projects and programs funded by partners in government, business and industry, and foundations. These programs allow nawb to advance the work of the public workforce system and broaden the impact, to increase the effectiveness of workforce programs, and to improve the efficiency of workforce development efforts across the nation. Key projects and initiatives include: encouraging two-gen workforce strategies, h1b america's promise, advancing apprenticeships, industry partnerships, and increasing local workforce boards involvement in skills-based hiring initiatives.

Member services: nawb takes great pride in cultivating personal projects and relationships with all of their members, while working closely with their strategic partners to provide the tools and resources the members need to be successful. These tools, resources, and communications include weekly electronic newsletters, professional development opportunities, peer-to-peer learning platforms, job platforms, online toolkits and publications, and complimentary regular webinars on topics of interest to wdbs.
