Sullivan county oasas funded programs provide a continuum evidence-based treatment of substance use disorder including medication assisted therapies, community based clinical intervention, peer recovery supports including harm reduction strategies, vocational counseling, and case management for individuals residing in the hud housing program. These programs serve individuals who may be covered by medicaid managed care or commercial insurance, or who are not covered and pay program fees themselves. In 2024, catholic charities' sullivan county outpatient treatment clinic served 180 people and the reintegration program served people. The prevention services department provided community-based prevention, intervention, community outreach, community coalition leadership and evidence-based curriculum in local schools. For the twelve months ended december 31, 2024, catholic charities sullivan county's addiction prevention services reached 4000 individuals through evidence-based programs at schools and outreach events. Social safety net services include the housing resource center (hrc), that provides orange county with a family, friendly, centralized resource for a continuum of housing services (including emergency housing assistance, homelessness prevention and case management, through a working collaboration with the department of social services and community-based organizations). During the year ended december 31, 2024, the hrc assisted 3,655 clients. Other social safety net services include case management, financial assistance, food pantries, and kids pantries. In 2024 the equivalent of 297,980 meals were provided to hundreds of households through our permanent and pop-up food pantries, 799 children and families received material support with items such as diapers, wipes, formula, and school supplies, and 368 households received financial assistance towards their rent, utilities, and transportation.

1) employee assistance services provided to organizations through contractual agreements offering a comprehensive and confidential resource, using professional clinicians, to assist employees and their families. The parish counseling network provided counseling to over individuals and families and bereavement support group sessions for those who have lost loved ones to addiction. These services were discontinued by ccosu during calendar year 2024. 2) the community-based services and state opioid response program supplements existing substance used disorder prevention, treatment and recovery activities and provided community based services to individuals in need who experience barriers in accessing a traditional service delivery model. The peer advocates in this program attended 203 community events and interacted with 1171 individuals in 2024, connecting them to treatment, case management, harm reduction, and other community resources.
