The mission of community health centers is to provide quality and compassionate primary healthcare services to central florida's diverse communities.

Chc - pharmacy services receive 340b pricing which allows us to offer affordable prescriptions to our patients. During the year over 319,963 prescriptions were filled at our 10 pharmacies. We participate in share the care and several prescription assistance programs which dispensed over $539,206 worth of prescriptions, at no charge to our patients.
Chc - dental services provide comprehensive dental services at 12 sites to both adults and pediatrics. Chc provided 45,241 visits for 18,018 patients during the year, including dentures, bridges, fillings, periodontal services, children services and dental hygiene.
