To Empower At-Risk And Disadvantaged Youth Using The Bicycle.

Learn To Earn: Geared For Middle School And High School Aged Kids, This 5-Day (10 Hour) Stem-Based Course (Aligned With Colorado State Standards) Teaches Participants About The Bicycle As A Simple Machine How It Works, How To Repair It And How To Ride Safely. Instructors Place An Emphasis On Teaching Valuable Life Skills Along The Way. Upon Completion Of The Multi-Session Course, Graduates Receive Their Own Bike, A New Helmet, Lock And Tool Kit. There Were 42 Participants In 2022.

Expenses: $7K

Ride Program: We Provide Adventure-Filled, Daylong And After School Mountain Bike Outings For Small Groups Of Youth Ages 10 And Up. Trips Are Led By Our Experienced Ride Leaders Who, With The Help Of Skilled Adult Volunteers, Provide Positive Encouragement Throughout The Challenging Day On The Trail. Kids Learn Basic Mountain Biking Skills, Bike Safety, And Riding Techniques. There Were 508 Participants In 2022.
