To create a productive bridge of transition for individuals, families and communities impacted by incarceration and to facilitate growth and acceptance to become motivating, inspring, law abiding, enthusiastic and successful citizens.

Outreach program: facilitates the transition of incarcerated individuals to family and country, such as job-readiness workshops and three-month long programs providing financial literacy, resume building, interview training, and life skills classes.
Food pantry: provides fresh produce to community 5 days a week
Shuttle services program: driving families of incarcerated individuals to prison for visits with the goal of making the individual's transition more successful by staying connected to their families.
