Nhs baltimore has a variety of educational and counseling programs. The homeownership counseling program is a hud approved program for first time homebuyers looking to obtain a certificate through attending an 8 hours homebuyer workshop and individual counseling. The fast track financial coaching program is geared to help individuals and families develop sound financial management skills in their quest to buy a home. The financial fitness program teaches individuals how to manage income, create a budget, save, and apply for and use credit to your advantage. The expedited counseling program gives individuals access to expedited counseling services more quickly for a fee.
