The oklahoma city community foundation's nonprofit endowment (npe) program (formerly the charitable organization endowment program, or coe) is the community's leading advocate for endowment development and has over 40 years of experience in effective endowment administration. The foundation provides services and resources that add value to the more than 350 organizations participating in the coe program, with the goal of providing these charities the opportunity to strengthen their organizations.
