Constituency services: this latino program promotes the governance and policymaking success of latino officials through 8 institures held throughout the country that focus on energy, emergency preparedness, school governance, early learning, higher education and newly elected officials.

Annual conference - brings together political, civic, and business leaders to attend presentations and workshops on public policy issues affecting the latino community and is supported through conference registration fees and corporate sponsorships.

Policy, research and advocacy - provides a wide array of professional and leadership development programs for latino elected and appointed officials. The naleo policy institute provides key training and technical assistance on a spectrum of high-priority latino issues, and the summits bring together elected officials from across the united states to address topics in education, health and governance.
