The resurrection project seeks to build relationships and challenges individuals to act on their faith and values to create healthier communities.

STEWARDSHIP OF COMMUNITY ASSETS: Affordable Housing: TRP develops and preserves high-quality affordable housing for renters and buyers across Southwest Chicago. TRP is currently developing 98 units of affordable rental housing in Pilsen through its newest development, Casa Yucatan. TRP also operates over 600 units of affordable rental housing for low-income individuals and families. In 2024, 1,186 people called a TRP apartment home.

COMMUNITY WEALTH BUILDING: Economic Mobility: TRP's Full Circle Homes program increases opportunities for residents to reduce debt, build credit, and build and maintain wealth through affordable homeownership. The program includes financial education and coaching, affordable lending products, and accessible realty services. In 2024, TRP helped 4,355 people build wealth through financial counseling, homebuyer education, realty, and lending services. TRP created 192 new homeowners, stabilized 149 homeowners through foreclosure prevention and tax appeals, and generated $45.6M in wealth for families through homeownership.
