To improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of the Midland community through leadership, collaboration, volunteerism and charitable fundraising.

Volunteer Connections - meets community needs with volunteers - through recruitment and matching of volunteers with opportunities, promoting and rewarding volunteerism, and training and consultation with area non- profits, schools, churches, service clubs and businesses.

Expenses: $172K

Camp Neyati - maintenance and management of a 187 acre summer camp located on Crooked Lake in Clare County. The camp property is owned and operated by United Way of Midland County with the facility being rented to church groups, schools, service groups, Scouting groups and other organizations for camps lasting weekends to weeks. All camper programming is provided by the renting organization.

Expenses: $165K

Disaster Relief - meets community needs as the community services coordinator during local emergencies as a sitting member of the Midland County Emergency Operations Center. Services provided may include volunteer coordination, supply distribution and direct assistance to individuals.
